John Spencer - Founder - AI FAST RESPONDER

John’s extensive career in IT began as a programmer and culminated as an

Executive Director with Oracle, Canada. He specialized in providing

management teams of major clients across North America with the tools

and information they needed to make strategic, knowledge-based decisions.

​

​He's now dedicated to (and passionate about) helping paramedic leadership teams use AI to make informed decisions, and tackle personal and management challenges.

John has had an exemplary career in Emergency Management with various

positions ranging from Paramedic to Senior Management roles including

Chief of Niagara EMS. Among many EMS leadership awards, John was

awarded the most prestigious Governor Generals Exemplary Services Medal.

​

He is also a past Board Member of the Paramedics Chiefs of Canada. John brings his expertise, experience, and intimate knowledge of the challenges that EMS leaders face to the AI Fast Responder

initiative.
