John Spencer - Founder - Venture AI

John’s career in IT began as a programmer and culminated as an Executive Director with Oracle... a technology company with revenue of $52 billion in 2024. He was part of a 10 person North American executive management team (representing Canada) responsible for Oracle's overall strategy for clients in the Public Sector

 

​He's now dedicated to (and passionate about) using AI to help individuals and organizations tackle both personal and professional challenges.

 

For example, he created an AI platform that helped people manage the challenge of stress related to climate anxiety. He gave a TEDtalk on this initiative at Western University and was subsequently awarded the 2024 National Gold Winner - Canada from the esteemed Green Organization in the UK. The award ceremony was held at Kensington Palace.

 

John has adapted the AI platform and approach from that model to create a solution specifically designed to help managers of frontline paramedics effectively navigate the unique challenges they face in supporting their invaluable team members. And, ultimately, to enhance the emergency medical care provided to individuals in need.
